  I loved orange trees, the flowering period in Spain is impressive as they decorate the streets and cover them with a sweet smell at the same time that you can pick up the fruits produced the year before. We use the flowers in baking and perfumes and the fruits for natural juice and desert. At Cordoba, Spain, they used to have a festival where people could send envelops with orange flowers (azahar) inside.
